I am very happy to be able to recommend Jeff. I've tried to sell my house twice before with very poor results (listed for more than 1-1/2 years over a 5 year period). With Jeff's superb guidance, I had the first offer WITHIN A WEEK; 2nd offer 2 days later and a brief bidding war! The contrast with past efforts to sell couldn't have been greater.
